NATIONAL PROGRAM

Wildfire Volleyball only creates National Teams made up of athletes that can compete at the Open or USA level at National events. Wildfire Volleyball will have National teams at all age groups. National athletes will participate in the The ROC Florida Championship Series two day events in the Tri-county area and travel to 4 – 5 National events. The National athletes will practice 3/week except weeks of events/tournaments. This program is designed for high level athletes looking to play at the next level.

 

2026-27 CLUB SEASON STATE CLUB PROGRAM 

 

OVERALL INFORMATION

 

National Teams Practice 3 times weekly including play days.

  • Training is designed and executed by the national coaching staff
  • Tournaments are 6-7 tri-county events and 4-5 National events
  • National athletes need both AAU and USAV memberships
  • Season will go from Nov – June, but athletes can begin training in September at no extra cost. 

 

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES

 

National Teams will participate The ROC Florida Championship Series events. They will also participate in 4-5 National Events.  National Events will require traveling out of state.  National Teams will finish their season with AAU Nationals or USAV Nationals.

  • Please note that all tournament acceptances for teams are up to the event host and tournament staff, not Wildfire. Wildfire is not responsible for teams that do not get accepted into an event or if they are placed on a waitlist for an event. 
  • National events are usually stay and play events that have housing requirements.  Fulfilling housing requirements is the responsibility of the members of the team.  Failure to do so will get the team kicked out of the event,  Wildfire will not be responsible for any losses caused by lack of housing participation by the team

 

National athletes must have AAU and USAV memberships to participate in all events assigned to the team.

 

COST

 

Club Season is not a pay by month activity.  The cost of Club is divided throughout the season with an initial deposit of $500 and 10 subsequent payments of $555/ month (Sept 1st –  June 1st).  It is important to note that by taking a place on a National team you are taking a permanent spot on the team and while the total cost is divided into payments, these are not monthly payments, they are installments. The athlete/parent assumes responsibility for the total cost of the season.  Payments are  deducted automatically on the 1st of the month due. 

Athletes will have the option to pay in full or create a payment plan. (Payments will have a 3% transaction fee)

**Missed payments will result in suspension from the program until payments are resolved. **

Club Season starts November 1st.  Wildfire offers training during September and October at no extra charge for all Wildfire club season athletes 12U-14U. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • The athlete/parent is signing a contract for the whole season defined as August deposit, September through June payments. Payment in full is accepted as well.
  • The athlete/parent is aware and clearly understands they are taking a spot on a program with limited spots and is fully responsible for the financial commitment to the season.
  • The athlete/parent may choose to leave at any point during the season, however they will still be financially responsible for the full contract amount. Please read and the optional insurance.
  • Please note that accounts overdue by more than 15 days will result in the immediate suspension of the athlete from the all program activity.
