Registration Instructions

Hello Parents and Athletes!

Wildfire Volleyball is happy to announce the implementation of a new paperless software system that will simplify the manner in which all athletic forms are submitted.  Register My Athlete (RMA) allows for all of our required documents to be submitted electronically.  Step-by-step instructions can be found by clicking on the attachment above.  Once you have created an account, you will be prompted to upload the four (4) required documents which are:

  1. USAV membership w/Wildfire affiliation (not required for TAP)
  2. AAU membership w/ club code: WY7TDE
  3. Notarized USAV Medical Release
  4. Birth Certificate

All forms submitted will be reviewed by Administration after which you will receive an email confirming your athlete’s clearance or details of what may be missing.  Please take a minute to read through the step-by-step instructions on setting up your account.  No paperwork should be given to the administrative staff or coaches.
